American Environmental Fabrication & Supply (AEFS) has several models and sizes of the ReGen
Series of regenerative thermal oxidizers, starting with the ReGen Series 50 with five models up to the
Regen Series 1000. The ReGen Systems start at 5,000 SCFM with incremental increases up to 100,000
SCFM. You may choose to either purchase, lease, rent or place your equipment on a long term service
agreement, the benefits are explained in many of the pages.
ReGen Series of Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers may be designed for either induced or forced draft,
depending on your requirements. Thermal Efficiencies may be designed to achieve above 90%. All
systems are fully plant integrated and provide DCS/SCADA and Data logging over any network
computer. With granted rights any computer world wide may operate or monitor the system. Listed
below is a summary of the regenerative thermal oxidizer system and subsystems, if you need further specific

free RTO system analysis and quoted proposal. The completed regenerative thermal oxidizer analysis
and proposal is usually returned within 24 hrs. If you would like to make a visit to the plant, one of our ReGen
Series models are usually available for inspection, testing and operation with full run DCS/SCADA integration
and control.
For larger plant emissions, it may be practical to add a VOC concentrator to reduce the regenerative thermal
oxidizer equipment size and costs. A VOC concentrator allows the use of a smaller Regenerative Thermal
Oxidizer system which will operate on much less fuel.
