American Environmental Fabrication & Supply has formulated the correct blend of bacteria specified for
the oxidation of hydrocarbons. Treatment is generally set at a level consistent with levels that can be
discharged into a city sewer system or a septic tank system. The bacteria blend can be even sprayed
onto the ground for spilled hydrocarbons. The bacteria have been shown to effectively recycle a wide
range of organic waste materials by being formed as a dry, the powder material with a
3-year shelf life.

The product is usable in either fresh or salt water. The formulation has a high concentration of microbes
and is non-toxic itself. The blended formula is composed of a microorganism mixture of single cell
organisms and several enzymes ranging in size from
1 to 10 microns, with a pH range of 5.50 to 9.00
and a
temperature tolerance of 40 to 120° F.

The bacteria are aerobic, meaning that they require oxygen to facilitate oxidation. These
micro-organisms are used to degrade the substances listed below into non-hazardous byproducts, such
as carbon dioxide and water without forming any biological sludge. Below are some of the products which

Crude Oils, Phthalate, Esters, Cyanide, Polycyclic Aromatics, Cutting Oils, Pulp By-Products,
Dichlorobenzene, Secondary Alkylbenzene, Diesel Fuels, Sodium Methyl Sulfate, Diethyleneglycol,
Sulfur, Ethylbenzene, Toluene, Fluoanthene, Trichloroethylene, Fuel Oils #1-6, Varsol, Gasoline,
Vegetable Oils, Grease, Xylene, Halogenated Hydrocarbons, Heating Oils, Heptane, Hexane, Isoprene,
Hydraulic Fluids, Hydrocarbons, Jet Fuels, Kerosene, Long Chained Alkenes, Lubricating Oils, Marine
Fuels, Mercaptan.

By combining the use of these specialized blend of bacteria with the AEFS Biological Oxidation System
you can achieve very high destruction/oxidation rate efficiencies. These efficiencies will exceed >99%.
Many advantages exists using the Biological Oxidation over conventional thermal oxidation, these are;
